Cancellation Policy
Plantation Studios Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Intermediate Course, Masterclass, One on One Mentoring, Workshop, Grant Writing Mentorship, and Youth Programs. Please contact us within 7 days of your booking if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling fees: No fee for rescheduling 7 days or more before commencement of service. 25% admin fee for rescheduling up to 7 days before commencement of service. Cancellation fees: Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before commencement of service. 50% of the total service amount refunded if cancelled up to 7 days before commencement of service. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less before commencement of service. Studio & Equipment Hire: Full refund if cancelled 5 days or more before commencement of booking. 50% of total cost refunded if cancelled 48 hours before booking. No refund if cancelled 24 hours or less before booking. Please contact us if you have extreme circumstances for cancelling or rescheduling. *PLEASE NOTE: This does not include the Radio & Podcast Basics Course held at the Byron Community College.
